  • 2 cupw boiled chickpea
  • salt and pepper
  • half lemon’s juice

Chopped veggies:

  • 1 cup boiled baby corn
  • ½ cup cucumber
  • ¼ cup red capsicum
  • ½ cup tomatoes
  • ¼ cup onions

Instructions

  • Toss all the above ingredients in a mixing bowl and serve. This salad is an ideal lunch option.
