Quinoa Sweet Potato Mash

2.7K
Quinoa Sweet Potato Mash, The bowl of goodness is one of the dishes I make when I crave for something warm and sweet. As sweet potatoes are a healthier choice, adding quinoa and some dry fruits transforms it into a crunchy bite. We never hesitate to have it for dinner, in fact it serves as a lighter yet filling option to enjoy variety. I use coconut cream to get a rich texture, which also creates more flavour.
