Crispy Taro Kebabs is an easy and quick recipe ideal for a light dinner meal. The recipe contains boiled taro mashed and mixed with sattu (mixed pulses and cereals powder) and Indian spices, all good for health. I prefer lightly pan frying these kebabs until I get golden brownish crispy crust on both sides.
