Berries are great source of anti oxidants, vitamins and minerals that also leads to blood purification. You can get as creative as you want with this recipe by adding other fruits, nuts, dates, cornflakes etc.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl mix of fresh berries raspberry/blueberry/blackberry/strawberry
- 1-1/2 cups of fresh greek yogurt
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 drops of vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts of your choice
Instructions
- Take a deep bowl and mix cinnamon, honey and vanilla into yogurt.
- Top with berries and nuts of your choice.
