Zucchini Fritters

1.4K
Zucchini Fritters are made from a combination of grated Zucchini and Sattu (powder made from pulses) along with some spices. These are freshly baked in oven with minimum oil in it. A healthy, tasty and a perfect low carb meal.
I am using Sattu as binding agent for the fritters as it is light on stomach and has many health benefits. Sattu is a made from dry roasted ingredients like millets, barley, chickpea, cashews and almonds all grounded into a fine flour. It contains important minerals, iron and soluble fibres, which improves bowel movement.
Sattu also has detoxifying properties. Consuming it regularly protects from several health problems.
