Peanut Oat Cookies

1.4K
Homemade Peanut Oat Cookies made under 20 mins. These are low sugar, crispy and taste amazing. I used ground rolled oats to make the cookie dough, which gives crunchy texture and is a good source of heathy fibres.
A mix of crunchy peanut butter and some salted butter adds nice flavour in it. It is a versatile and flexible recipe, so you can also replace peanut butter with any other nut butter or make it with simple salted butter and add nuts of your choice later.
