Just a quick blend for a busy work day morning and Apple Banana Kale Smoothie can be your refreshing breakfast, energy booster, also a healthy detox drink.
The smoothie ingredients are some of the most healthy combinations of fruits, leaves, spice and probiotics. The leafy dark green kale is a wonderful fibre for detox. Adding yogurt gives it a creamy texture while coconut water serves with necessary hydrants, great for hair and skin.
Don't forget to add our beloved cinnamon, to treat your system with flavour and goodness of health.You can increase the quantity in same ratio for more, the below serves 2.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup boiled kale
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut water

Instructions

  • Prepare kale leaves by removing stems and boiling in water for 10-12 mins.
  • Drain and squeeze kale to remove extra water and chop roughly.
  • Peel and cut apple and banana
  • Blend all above ingredients in a mixer to make smoothie.
