Avocado Bean Salad is an easy healthy twist to give to your regular salad bowls. Avocado is full of vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. Combined with beans and light veggies the wholesome salad bowl keeps you full for longer hours and certainly help weight loss.

Ingredients
- 1 whole avocado
- 1 cup boiled/canned rajma beans
- 1 cup red and yellow bell peppers
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak rajma beans overnight and boil in salt water for about 20 mins until soft.
- Remove seeds from tomato, peppers and avocado and chop into smaller pieces.
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl along with lemon juice, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
- Serve as side dish or enjoy as a whole meal. 🙂
