Ingredients
- 2 cupw boiled chickpea
- salt and pepper
- half lemon’s juice
Chopped veggies:
- 1 cup boiled baby corn
- ½ cup cucumber
- ¼ cup red capsicum
- ½ cup tomatoes
- ¼ cup onions
Instructions
- Toss all the above ingredients in a mixing bowl and serve. This salad is an ideal lunch option.
