Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized Thai coconut (with water inside)
  • 1 large ripen avocado

Instructions

  • Refrigerate above ingredients before use to have a cold smoothie.
  • Peel the coconut, contain its water in a jar and roughly chop coconut into small pieces.
  • Peel and deseed avocado, give a rough chop.
  • Blend along coconut and avocado, adding the coconut water slowly time to time until you get a smooth consistency.
  • Serve cold.
