Ingredients
- 1 medium sized Thai coconut (with water inside)
- 1 large ripen avocado
Instructions
- Refrigerate above ingredients before use to have a cold smoothie.
- Peel the coconut, contain its water in a jar and roughly chop coconut into small pieces.
- Peel and deseed avocado, give a rough chop.
- Blend along coconut and avocado, adding the coconut water slowly time to time until you get a smooth consistency.
- Serve cold.
