This all time favourite Detox Juice is a citrus and fibre rich combo of fruits and vegetables. Not only the combination of ingredients is refreshing in taste but also very healthy to have anytime of the day.
Always use fresh and thoroughly washed up ingredients to make this quick detox juice. I am also adding a little bit of ginger which helps in detox, reducing inflammation and boosting immunity. Ginger also helps with proper digestion.

  • Juicer/Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 large oranges (peeled)
  • 1 large apple (stem & seeds removed)
  • 3 large carrots
  • 3 sticks of fresh celery
  • 1 inch ginger (peeled)

Instructions

  • Thoroughly wash and removed any inedible parts of fruits and veggies then blend it in a blender (then strain) or juicer. Enjoy fresh.
