Honey Glazed Salmon is an incredibly simple salmon recipe paired with avocado mash. It takes very less time to marinate and tastes best with simple buttered rice. Salmon is full of healthy proteins, minerals, vitamins and Omega 3. There is no need to add more oil or fat in this recipe as salmon releases it sown fat while cooking.

- 1 small tomato minced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt and black/white pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 200°c
- Wash and remove the Salmon skin with a knife. You can also choose to keep the skin as it will be easier to remove it once the fish is cooked.
- Marinade the salmon with honey, lemon juice and salt. Cover and refrigerate for ½ an hour.
- Line a baking sheet in an oven tray, place the salmon pieces on top and bake for 20 mins until you see it releasing fat at sides.
- Flip the pieces and turn off the oven, let it inside the turned off oven for few mins as the fish gets mostly cooked by now.
- Take the pieces out once the fish has brownish edges. You will see excessive honey burned, hence remove it with a spoon before serving.
- Enjoy with mashed potatoes as well, always tastes good with salmon.
