- 1 large ripen mango (cubed)
- 1 ripen avocado (cubed)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup feta cheese (cubed)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- pinch of pink salt
- black pepper (crushed)
- lettuce (any kind)
Instructions
- Take a large mixing bowl, and toss everything except feta cheese and black pepper
- Once the salad is mixed, top with feta and crushed pepper, serve fresh
