  • 2 oranges peeled
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Blend orange with soy milk, vanilla essence and honey.
  • You can pour the smoothie through strainer to remove unwanted fibres, this step is optional since the fibres are good for body.

Notes

You can also use coconut milk/cream or almond milk instead of soy milk.
