Pineapple Kale Smoothie made from kale, the most nutrient of all greens, is loaded with all beneficial compounds and powerful medicinal properties. I am also using coconut oil in this smoothie which is very healthy for digestion, skin, improves metabolism, rejuvenates brain function and kills harmful bacteria from body. So, overall it is a power-packed glass of goodness that is quick and easy to make. Hope you enjoy the recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 2 cups boiled kale
- 1 banana
- 1 small cucumber
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Prepare the kale leaves by removing stems and boiling in hot water for 10 mins. I used curly kale in this smoothie.
- Squeeze out all the water from kale leaves and give it a rough chop.
- Blend kale, water and coconut oil until smooth.
- Now add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
Notes
Coconut Oil can get lumpy if used with ice or cold ingredients, so blend the oil before adding cold fruits/veggies.
