Mushroom Basil Stir Fry made from scratch of vegetables available at the moment, turned out to be so good that now its a regular dinner often. Its lazy, light and simple recipe that can be complimented with light soups or salads.I used sichuan pepper to slightly spice it and a sprinkle of lemon juice to add up to the flavour. Feel free to make your own version with your choice of vegetables available, I am sure it will always turn out good.
