Red Grape & Sausage Stir Fry isn’t a regular stir fry as it comprises of a good amount of veggies, lean protein and juicy red grapes for enhanced flavour. It can go along as sides for your lunch menu or altogether as lunch or dinner bowl. So filling and savoury.

Ingredients

  • 10-15 Chicken cheese sausages
  • 10-15 red grapes (seeds removed)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • ½ cup red capsicum chopped
  • ½ inch ginger finely chopped
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a pan, add cumin and ginger, stir till ginger gets brownish.
  • Now add the sausages, sprinkle some salt, cook for 4-5 mins till their skin is roasted a little, remove the sausages from the pan and keep aside.
  • Now add a little olive oil and mustard seeds in the same pan and stir fry the above veggies. Add salt and pepper, cover and cook for about 5-6 mins then add up the sausages, stir for a minute and remove from heat. Serve hot.
