Spiced Mango Lassi

3.3K
Try this homemade Spiced Mango Lassi for a refreshing summer drink. This one is our family favourite and we enjoy it whenever mangoes are available. The recipe is quick and easy, just use refrigerated mangoes and curd so they are both cold.
I never add sugar as mangoes already have natural sugar in them. I also use fresh homemade curd/yogurt along with its water as the curd water adds on a slightly tangy flavour that compliments with the taste of mango very well. Curd water is also very healthy, full of probiotics, especially for females.
I love adding a pinch of spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon in it, which takes the whole experience to a next level.
